Obituary

Ms. Mary Rosa Lee Johnson-Nelson , of Kingsland, Ga. passed away on Tuesday, March 26 th , 2019 at Baptist Medical in Jacksonville, Fl. surrounded by her family.

Ms. Nelson was born on May 15 th , 1925 in

Rosa Lee Nelson,
mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother went to her
rest after 93 well lived years on this Earth. She loved puppies and babies and
big pots of stew. She could eat more crab legs than three grown men and had
more shoes than a Belk’s. She was the heart and soul of a giant extended family
and the life of the party at any gathering. We will always miss her thoughtful
cards, Facebook participation, hilarious voicemails and unusual Christmas
gifts. She was a strong, adaptable woman who kept up with the times, loved the
Lord and has left a lasting legacy in her children and their families.

Ms. Nelson is survived by her daughter, Janice
Campbell of Kingsland, Ga.; her sons, Dan (Michelle) Johnson of Mooresville,
Nc., Donald (Lynn) Johnson of Kennebuckport, Me., and Cliff (Kathy) Johnson of

Nazworth) Campbell, Jana Johnson, Lena (Bryan) TenBroek, Kara (Jeff) Pardue, Sandi
(Doug) Anania, and Jacob Johnson; her 18 great-grandchildren; her 3 great
great-grandchildren; her sister, Katie Parsons of Jacksonville, Fl.; and her
brothers, Leroy Bryant and Franklin Bryant, all of Sanderson, Fl.

Besides her parents, Ms. Nelson joins her first
husband, Clifford Cecil Johnson, her husband, Roy Clarence Nelson, her son,
